The location of the hotel in La Paz is good, near San Miguel where all the stores and restaurants and cafes are, the centre by cable car, and taxi or cable car. Extremely comfy bed, nicely decorated room that has a beautiful bathroom.

Had well decorated a double room with so much comfort and wake-up service was available in it. Central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a safe were a bonus. The service was great and the pool was great.

The hotel I stayed at during Easter was amazing! The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to provide me with a free massage and chocolates. They also offered to prepare a pre-packed breakfast for me which was really thoughtful. The location was great and the views from the sky bar and lounge were stunning. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, the service was exceptional. They arranged a car to collect me from the airport and greeted me warmly on arrival. The spa and wellness centre provided luxurious facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The full body massage provided in the spa lounge was fantastic. The rooftop pool and sun terrace offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area. There were plenty of sun loungers in the garden area, and the public bath was a welcome addition. In-room breakfast was served daily and the restaurant had a wide choice of dishes, including special diet menus.

The only minor issue I experienced during my stay was that the front desk staff didn't always have information on the local area. When I asked for recommendations on local attractions, the staff sometimes struggled to provide detailed information.

It's in a fab suburb with lots of good restaurants around, making it super convenient for dining options. Secondly, the staff at this hotel are top-notch - always helpful, friendly, and attentive to detail. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even decorating our room with petals and candles for our honeymoon. Lastly, the basic amenities and rooms provided so much comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was also delicious and varied, setting us up for a day of exploring. this hotel offers incredible value for money and exceeded our expectations in every way.

Absolutely nothing to fault - everything was just perfect!

Had a fantastic Thanksgiving stay in Bolivia at a hotel that had the most helpful and friendly staff we’ve seen in a long time. The pool is a major highlight, and it was simply incredible. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of options, and location was perfect - close to everything we wanted to do.

Honestly, there were no downsides whatsoever. Nothing.

Great stay, comfy bed, and friendly staff. The hotel is in a lovely area with lots of brilliant restaurants nearby. It is easy to reach the town with a cab or cable car. The facilities, including the warm pool and steam room, are a bonus. Rooms have daily cleaning, and breakfast was delicious. Staff spoke English, providing excellent service and airport transfer.
